Eric Scott

Eric Scott is a top-level, results-oriented strategy, planning, and process leader with a comprehensive real estate skill set including development, brokerage, business development, commercial construction, project management, design, and finance on mid-Atlantic projects totaling over a half billion dollars.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and began his career in Maryland as a project manager with two of the nation’s largest commercial construction contractors. After earning his Master’s in Finance & Strategy, he returned to Pennsylvania and made the transition to real estate development. Prior to joining Oak Tree Development Group in 2015, he held senior management positions with a leading national industrial developer and a diversified full-service regional real estate firm.
