Justin Evans

Justin Evans has served as the Mount Joy Township Manager of since September 2016 after a brief tenure as the Township’s Community Development Director. His interest in natural systems and land use pushed him to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Tennessee. He has 17 years of planning and zoning experience in the public sector and is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Justin and his wife reside in Columbia Borough, where he serves on the Borough Planning Commission.
