Ezra Rothman
Ezra Rothman is a mission-driven, adaptable, results-oriented leader who builds empowered teams and systems to achieve measurable results and strengthen the Lancaster Community.
He is currently the President of EDC Lancaster County. He earned his M.S. in Strategic Leadership/ Organizational Development from Elizabethtown College and his B.A. in Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
Ezra previously served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and EDC; prior to that, he was Operations Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program at United Way of Lancaster County, which led to his being presented the SCORE Small Business of the Year Award in 2018.
He is a Leadership Lancaster Core Class Graduate, class of 2020.
Ezra grew up boating on the Sassafras River with his family and is still boating out of Havre de Grace and loves exploring the upper bay. He lives in Lancaster City with his wife and dog, where they enjoy visiting the stores and restaurants. He is also a road cycling enthusiast.
