Ruth Hocker
Ruth Hocker is the Pennsylvania Director at the Center for Watershed Protection. She lives and works in north central Pennsylvania. She has a wide range of experience related to water resources engineering, including municipal stormwater implementation, environmental permitting, integrated watershed planning, as well as regional water quality improvement initiatives. As Pennsylvania Director, Ruth is responsible for growing and coordinating work with partners in Pennsylvania to achieve clean water goals. Ruth completed a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and has a Master’s degree is environmental engineering from Penn State University. She is a lifetime member of the Conestoga River Club and also enjoys hiking, kayaking, nature photography, and spending time exploring the PA Wilds and the Susquehanna River Watershed.
