Tara Homan

Tara Homan has been with the Pennsylvania Rural-Urban Leadership Program since November of 2003. She claims she has the greatest job in the world! A graduate of South Hills Business School in State College, Tara has a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing. She is a graduate of Leadership Centre County and has served eight RULE classes. Tara received the Ambassador Award for the College of Agricultural Sciences in May of 2015. In October of 2019 Tara received the International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leaders (IAPAL) Program Support Award. Tara is the first recipient in IAPAL to receive this award. 

Tara, along with her two daughters, Taylor (9) and Morgan (7) reside in Centre Hall, Centre County. Tara is a volunteer soccer coach and basketball activities chairperson and treasurer. She also served on the parent representative on the Centre Hall Elementary School Climate Committee in 2019.
