Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kean University and is a Pennsylvania Notary Public. She lives in Lancaster County with her husband and two daughters, and is passionate about community-focused initiatives, including supporting trap-neuter-release (TNR) efforts for local feline populations.
