The Lancaster Clean Water Partners and West Lampeter Township (“Township”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified entities to create a stormwater master plan for the residential neighborhoods known as “Heatherfield” and “Hayward Heath” in Willow Street, PA located in West Lampeter Township PA. Consultant will work with West Lampeter Township staff to understand the plan priories and compile
any exisng informaon, including the mapped stormwater system of inlets, oualls, stormwater pipes and other conveyances. Feedback and inputs from the Township and affected homeowners will be solicited during the development of the plan and at a minimum of two community meengs. The plan
will idenfy any opportunies to implement green infrastructure or improvements to the current drainage system and outline steps to retrofit or replace exisng stormwater piping.
Candidates must submit a complete proposal package on or before August 29th, 2025.

Past Deadline
The Nature Conservancy Pennsylvania & Delaware Chapter is seeking qualified contractors to provide services for a Stream, Floodplain, and Wetland Restoration Project on Little Cocalico Creek located in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County. The restoration project has a fast-paced timeline, with construction completion scheduled for February 15, 2026.
The selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining, as necessary, any remaining permits; overseeing and documenting the construction process; supporting a sealed bidding process; revegetating the site with native species; pre- to post-construction reporting; and completing annual maintenance and monitoring. Details regarding the project, including supplemental project information, planning sheets, and funder and federal guidelines, are provided in the full Request for Quotes. CBLP Level 1 Instructor RFQ Highlights:
We are looking to identify and train 2–4 new instructors to teach our CBLP Level 1 certification courses across the watershed, with priority given to candidates based in or willing to travel to:

Central, Northern, and Western Virginia

Delaware
Note: We are not seeking additional instructors in Eastern VA/Hampton Roads at this time.
Applicants should be CBLP Level 1-certified or willing to obtain certification prior to teaching. Strong candidates will have experience in conservation landscaping, stormwater BMPs, and leading or instructing groups.

CBLP-CREWS Instructor RFQ Highlights:
We are also seeking 2–4 new instructors for CBLP-CREWS, a workforce training program. We are especially interested in candidates who are fluent in Spanish and comfortable teaching in either English or Spanish.

Applicants should have completed or be willing to complete the CBLP-CREWS or Level 1 course. Experience with BMPs, conservation landscaping, and workforce training is a plus.
