RFP for Pilot Project

The Partners are facilitating Requests for Proposals for Agriculture Design and Engineering Services and for Barnyard Improvement BMPs in 2024.  This is a pilot project with the purpose of bringing more predictability to the expected demand for services in the future in order to encourage contractors to scale up to increase the capacity and efficiency of environmental work.  

 

There are four barnyard improvement projects ready to bid included in the BMP RFP.  Another 25 – 30 barnyard projects and 35 or more projects needing engineering services are expected in 2024 for Bidders to consider.  Each RFP describes as best as possible what is anticipated and how to participate.  

 

A webinar will be scheduled for early December for interested parties to gain clarity about the Request and to ask clarifying questions.   Interested parties will need to express their intent to participate per instructions in the RFP to be invited to the webinar.
