MS4 Session 2

In early 2025, the PA DEP released the new MS4 permit language with new objectives for stormwater management for the next 5+ years
Goals:
Discuss the volume management approach
Review currently available tools & documents
Begin to form a collective response to the draft permit
The MS4 listening session is an initial conversation for Lancaster’s municipal leaders to share reactions, questions and opportunities. Your participation is an important way to to include your voice during the public review period of the draft permit.
