Monique Dykman

Monique Dykman is the Director of Programs and Partners for Lancaster Clean Water Partners.

Growing up on a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay ingrained a drive to work to support local water quality improvement. Through her career, Monique has worked in outdoor education, volunteer/program management, river garbage cleanup, and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). 

Monique loves living in Lancaster for the easy access to day hikes, kayaking and city life.
