DESCRIPTION:Since 2020\, Lancaster has successfully achieved the vast majority of the Countywide Action Plan’s (CAP) 2025 Best Management Practice (BMP) goals. However\, we have more to do in order to reach our goal of local clean and clear water by 2040.
